SaintPaulicy promises to heed Mr. Shelby's call to action.  That is if the call to action means making Saint Paul a better place than it is now. Spicy thinks that if we don't use this river to attract development, tourism and economic development, Saint Paul may as well be Omaha, suppose Arne owes that guy an apology now eh?
